Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact us 24 hours in advance with no charge. There is a 50% charge if cancelled or re-scheduled 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment. There is a 100% charge if cancelled or re-scheduled less than 12 hours before the start of the appointment.
